Weterings is well known for its co-extruded hose and hose made from recycled plastics. In LDPE, the performance of hose from recycled materials performs better than hose from new material (virgin). On, for example, the corrosion stress test (environmental stress cracking), this hose clearly performs better.
So there is no valid reason for not using these products. Also look elsewhere on this site for our views on sustainability and in particular on recycled plastics.
