To whom it may concern,

With this statement Weterings Plastics B.V. clarifies how it deals with personal data.

With the consent of the person concerned, we register only the necessary information of our employees or applicants for the execution of the employment contract. These are personal data that we have to register because of national law. These data may also relate to, for example: illness, union membership and the like. After termination of the employment contract or application for this purpose, the data will be destroyed (digitally) within the usual term.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be made available to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the employment contract and / or if required by national legislation. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of these data as stated in an agreement concluded with them.

Weterings  deals with businesses  only and does not register personal details of its representatives. We ask these persons via our website not to give us personal e-mail addresses or non-business telephone numbers and other personal details.

Our organization ensures appropriate security of the personal data that is under our management, in line with the applicable guidelines and legal obligations. We respect the privacy rights of those involved and, if necessary, assist with any claim to this. For this purpose one can address one of the appointed confidential advisers or the management.
